I confini del matrimonio: un problema semiotico
Abstract
The subject of this article is a particular kind of constituent discourse - the legal one- in relation to a foundational institution of social life - marriage, which is currently experiencing a lively debate in the light of the types of partnerships becoming more frequent and diverse. I will therefore examine some Italian bills, whose text - analyzed semiotically - highlights how at stake in this debate is an ideological-cultural problem of categorization of the world, not so much and not only an issue of rights and duties to be guaranteed (on which the debate is much more convergent).
